Missing players and contracts from the club

I am a very dedicated fifa player since fifa 18.Sunday I was shocked when I woke up to see that 4 of my players went missing(they all were tradeable);coins missing(luckyly they were like 10k so not a big a problem),and all my contracts were gone.I contacted EA but still no answer.I am waiting since Sunday for a response from their part.I miss my players and playing the game so please EA help me!
