Ultimate team lost vanished

Hi all,

my son (12) was in tears yesterday as his Ultimate team and all his other stuff in it has vanished ? 
he said he was opening a pack and his team vanished (was a great team) and now he has new team which is terrible 

 

please help

@justin333333333 He also said he 100% did not delete this team - his Mam and I have spent hundreds of pounds and he’s been on it for hours and hours ahhhhh !!! 😤
