Dear Anyone that can help me

I'm playing fifa 19 & 20, first time it happens on my fifa 19 around end of 2018 and early 2019. While playing the game have no sound at all, no commentary, no supporters sound, no sound nothing. Then all of a sudden it repair itself,  I dont know what happen but it suddenly have sound again. Then I bought my fifa 20 on 2019, until yesterday 17 April 2020, my fifa 20 is also having no sound at all. I already search for the answer all over internet but it dont solve this problem, I already reinstalled my sound drivers, reinstalled my directx but also did not solve my problems. To anyone that can help me, please give me the answer.
