Transfer ban
Hi
ive been market banned for no apparent reason, I know a lot of people say that but I’m genuinely confused to why I got banned! The only thing I could think of was doing the four leaf clover sbc on fifa where all the Irish players are max priced. What’s the point of adding an sbc if it puts my account at risk of getting banned? All I ask is you to unban my account and let me buy those max priced players that I NEED for that sbc without having a risk of getting banned again

EA dont care !! i played more then 2000 games for jan ! doing every week squad battle rivales and fut champaion EVERY WEEK , but last week EA decide i was buying coins and took over 1m, funny now after a week i have 600k . i was only selling players like every one else but some how i did somthing wrong . nobady there care , i send them emails keep getting nothing .
they only care if u BUY FIFA POINTS , buying the game not enought for them , and if u doing good in the game with no fifa point they will do somthing on your account .
i really hope they will WAKE UP and step up there game ANS SHOW THEY CARE !

@Derttg554e I have also woken up to a ban this morning the only reason I can think of is the Marcus alonso sbc buying time payers for that the email they sent says it wants to give everyone a fun time on Fifa but how can we have that if we can’t buy players to play with or for help in SBCs?

Hi @Hamm4ers,
The Support team are correct. There won't be anything the Support team can assist with aside from sharing that the Terms of Service investigate account bans and confirming that yours is with them.
If your case was transferred to the Terms of Service team they will review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned. Unfortunately we don't really have a way to see how long that investigation may take. It can vary depending on how many cases the team is currently working through. If they have a large case load it might take a while.
The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as they have been able to complete the investigation. Keep an eye out for a response from them.
