Account hacked by emltmp.com
My account was hacked I have filled out 7 or more web forms at this time and I have not received any help with this. I get the same response from every “professional” at this company. We need more information and we are closing your ticket.
I have now had to create a new account but still can not play EA games on my Xbox because my gamer tag is still attached to the hacked account.
Here is a list of all the cases I have opened and all say "resolved" with them telling me to open another request.

Hi @VinnySteinburg,
The webform you've filled out is the only way to establish ownership of an account if you don't have access to its registered email address. If you cannot sufficiently prove your account ownership via that form there is nothing we can do for you.

This is how the game downloaded for me. I have yet to play it because the EA server associates my account with a fake email address. EA have closed three of my cases so far and have asked the same question 3 times which I keep answering on the fourth. They deleted my comment on a previous thread of yet another player having the same problem. I should not have to prove anything if the game was hacked before I even purchased it or made an EA account! EA know all of this but hide behind a wall of silence. This is against the consumer rights act.
