I've just received the following response to my banned account 

"We got your note and did a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures.

What this means

We have confirmed that your account was involved in FUT Coin distribution. Coin distribution is against our rules. Because of this, we will not remove the restrictions on your FIFA Account.

You break our rules if you:
• Engage in coin distribution
• Buy Coins
• Sell Coins"

My account was hacked and it wasn't me that carried out this activity. How do I get someone with more than 1 braincell to talk to me about this as it's ridiculous that I've been banned from FIFA for 2 years for something I didn't do!!

A bank wouldn't punish you if someone committed fraud on your account - this is the same concept. Please sort
