Hello. I am trying to control all 20 teams in the premier league but when i get to the 14th game that i can play, the game loses its mind and doesn’t allow me to go back to the hub after playing the game (it crashes when i press advance), and if i simulate it, it doesn’t allow me to save the game. it just freezes for 5 seconds then crashes. i’ve been playing both premier league and the championship controlling all of the teams, promoting and relegating teams, new transfers for new seasons and it’s worked soooo smoothly for the most part of the year until recently. but it seems people have had this problem since october and november time. my saves were running smoothly until i accidentally overwrite my championship save and had to start it again. it crashes at the same point every time. i’ve contacted EA Live Chat numerous times and i’ve been told different things. i get told my case will be documented but when i go on the live chat a week later, there’s apparently no documented cases. i was told it’s a problem with my system and i deleted personal settings. didn’t work. i was told it was my internet connection which was hilarious and the guy advised me to move over to a wired connection for an OFFLINE GAMEMODE LMAO. I’ve been told that my case has been sent to the Studio team. it’s all rubbish let’s be honest. the only breakthrough i got was today when the live chat guy told me that his superior is taking a look into it and will investigate and then refer it as an urgent issue to the studio team. He then sank any belief i had that this was going to be fixed when he told me that it depends whether the studio team deem this as an urgent issue and it’s likely because the gamemode isn’t popular, it could be a while before it is addressed. and i believe this as the only things they care about are FUT and Volta (the worst gamemode i’ve ever seen). Remember when there was a glitch in Volta and it took them hours to issue and update. Same with FUT in november. yet when career mode needed an urgent update for squads and glitches, people were told because it isn’t that popular and doesn’t bring in the money, it takes longer as it isn’t a priority. LITERALLY NO ONE PLAYS VOLTA. THIS IS A JOKE. The only mode i play is tournament mode, because i can dictate everything, realistic results, realistic transfers when starting a new save for a new season and overall it is more fun than playing career mode although it takes 100x longer as expected. I expect a game that i pay £50+ for to work and for the gamemode i play to be fixed when there is an error. Yet it’s still not fixed. Makes me wonder what clowns EA employ. i want to play my favourite gamemode so let me enjoy it FFS. Unfortunately though, no matter how many times we contact EA live chat and no matter how many threads we make, we all know deep down this won’t get fixed. If you want to do a league, the only chance you’ve got is if you play kick off and just keep track of results on iPad notes ffs
