EA Customer Service - Do you guys care about us?
I'm trying to start a conversation in hopes that the people at EA Sports see how frustrated their consumer base is getting and that it's time for a change.
I have been a loyal EA client since Madden 95 and World Cup 98 on the PC.
I also admit to be a pay to win player on fifa. I've spent likely in the range of $5,000 between fifa 19 and fifa 20. I've had countless problems with EA over the last 24 months and continually get treated with disrespect. When I call customer service, they reference me to the forums and do not offer help. When I come to the formums, people like @EA_Darko write so that it seems like they're trying, but offer absolutely zero effort to actually help.

Within it, I am posting about a very well known glitch that certain toxic players use in the Fifa community to get out of a Weekend League game and not give their opponent a win. Because of how much money I've spend, my team is very overpowered and people get upset when they lose to me, so they use this glitch as payback so that I dont get a win (even though they get a loss). In this scenario, additional rewards were being given for a certain number of wins and I did not achieve the award because people kept using this glitch and I constantly had to replay games eventually losing.
When I contacted @EA_Darko , he gave me a generic test to conduct to ensure my internet was working properly. I was well aware that this was not an internet connection issue, however, I followed his troubleshooting to be co-operative as well as to prove that it was not an internet connection issue. I proved such and provided clarity on what the actual problem was. @EA_Darko did not even try to comment on the issue. If he did not understand what I was saying, I would have happily engaged in a conversation about this. Instead, he just repeated himself over and over - he did not even attempt to understand my problems, my concerns or my comments. In fact, @EA_Darko did not even ask me a single question to better understand my problem. He keeps referencing "my disconnection" but I never got disconnected, and I was crystal clear that I did not get disconnected. I repeatedly tried to clarify my actual problem and @EA_Darko simply locked the thread. Throughout the thread I was nothing but respectful and polite.
Fact is that he didnt care one tiny bit to help. He wanted to check a box to say he responded but knows that the issue I have is one that he didnt want to engage in. So instead of being transparent he blames me. It's my fault. Then, when I dont just get frustrated and give up, you guys lock the threat on us? This isnt democracy.
EA, many of your customers are not stupid. We see that you dont care about us.
I can confirm that I will not be spending any money on Fifa packs going forward until things change. Until then, please consider my loyalty gone.
