We really need something official from EA on this, people want to play within the rules and not trigger the automatic system so they need to be more transparent with what the rules actually are, if flipping silvers etc is not allowed then why not close up all the trading threads on this...the official EA Fifa forum? lol
This is true. People would generally be happy to play within the rules if they'd just tell us what the rules are.
@Cortza has been banned essentially for selling silvers at 9-10k - which is a figure that EA themselves have set as an appropriate price for these silvers to go to. It makes no sense.

Didnt you go mad on those banning threads, calling those threads BS?
Not mad mate, if I felt the person was BSing I called BS. Pretty simple stuff. Maybe difficult to consider if you see in purely black and white
At the time I was calling BS I'd twice been banned and reinstated so I know how they can get you for legitimate trading. But if someone it seems to me is talking bollocks, I'll point out its bollocks.
BTW cortza wasn't creating the solutions for people to buy. But we knew which cards were likely to appear in them. Mostly it paid off, sometimes it didn't. If I get reinstated and he doesn't that's shady as **** btw.

Not sure it’s even possible these days unless on icons.
I remember doing it a few years back with silver Tiote (Rip 😥) when he got upgraded to gold.
Those were the days, when small gains meant so much more 😔

I'm not breaking any rules though. It's the laws of business! Supply v demand. I buy when the supply is high and demand is low...hold my investments...then sell when demand is high and supply is low. It's simple economics yet EAs detection system is too incompetent to pick it up!
The only economics EA care about are your credit card details and lots of Fifa points

Hey @Josh273165
We are unable to assist with account-based issue on AHQ. As Cade said You need to wait for the Terms of Service team to reach back out to you.

How is that any different than buying on the market and reselling at the time the SBC is out?
It is no different than people buying Squad Fitness cards early, stockpiling, then selling later in the game. In fact that is even worse since those can be held onto in much greater quantities.
Investing is investing but buying an item then telling people buy this player, listing them up is price fixing.
Not if EA is the one telling people to buy. I did not see anywhere that the person is telling people to buy the cards. He just knows when to sell them.
EA creates the SBCs. People still have to pull the trigger to purchase in either case.

Price fixing cards is against the rules. Deserved imo
Explain how it is price fixing? It is less price fixing than the people buying the consumable cards early and some are now extinct or only available for max bid?

It seems like taking a gamble on every transaction you take. Even if you just forget to set any parameters on a card on the market it defaults to the max and as you said EA sets those parameters. EA also has objectives requiring to buy from the market, which means it requires people to sell on the market...so they encourage the trading.
Even the few hour holds that the system puts in place or the captcha when using the market clearly do not work for those cheating the system. They only impact the people following the rules or the people that think they are for lack or more direction from EA.

Price fixing is the principle of buying most/all cards on the market then selling for an inflated price of your choosing.
I buy cards and wait for their price to naturally rise thanks to an increase in demand.

Yeah that's one of the reasons I'll quit if my transfer market access isn't reinstated. There's daily and weekly objectives I can't do because you need to buy a player, chem style, whatever, from the transfer market....which I can't access because EA are useless

@EA_Andy this is still on-going with no update from the ToS team over 4 days later. Is there any way you can look into this?
Things only get looked into when they're about to release something 😉

Happened to me last year selling Colombian silvers and bronzes on a Black Friday SBC for 10k each. Nothing could be done about it. I just stopped playing FUT for the year after November.
