Account hacked, 10 million coin team gone, Slow response time on Origin
My account got hacked 6 days ago, my 10 million coin team was sold and the coins discarded through buying special cards and discarding. Also every good untradeable was put into the gold upgrade packs, Icons, Potm´s etc. Someone at EA warned me that my account was getting hacked and exchanged e-mails with me for 3 days and ultimately referred me to Origin, started a case there 3 days ago and still no answer and on the Origin page i get the endless loading circle. Would love a live chat just to get an update.

What do you mean by "Someone at EA warned me that my account was getting hacked and exchanged e-mails with me"?
Are you saying that we reached out to you before you contacted us via the help site?
