Hello people, I do not understand why ea help is not answering me.

Once, my laptop has been exploded (literally) so I wanted to refund until getting a new PC. (That was an early purchase so I did not even download or play)

Then, I was criticising goalkeepers and defender random movements, which has been appeared when FIFA met frostbite game engine. You know, that is not a FPS war game so AI was as incompetent as the most of EA Help advisors.

I sent them dozens of videos of people who are doing online glitch today, which making us get disconnected and earn them 3 points. is this because of outsourced customer service's r*tardness or it is normal?

I cannot play Ultimate team until I will see a slight improvement from customer service, as I definitely can not let them milk me with microtransactions.

Anyway I wont buy 2021 as I did not buy 2019 because of those idiot mistakes from 2018.

Hopefully you will learn lessons from Simcity as I would definitely play with "North London FC" or "Merseyside Red" if they are offering me a better football engine.
