EA servers are extremely poor, slow and general online game play is pathetic. The game freezes, speeds up, pauses, runs extremely slow, lags and all online actions are delayed such as passing the ball, shooting and general game play. The experience is disgraceful since EA completed a software update on 4th March 2020.  The servers are dreadful. My internet connection is absolutely brilliant and super-fast fibre. I only have this issue with EA related games on their servers. What's the resolution? 
The online experience is completely unbearable, unplayable and has more ups and downs than the FTSE 500 index 

Can EA at least reply to me with a reasonable, sensible resolution bearing in mind this suppose to be your premium brand game with huge priorities for success and gamer enjoyment.
