When i try to buy fut points on my ps4 i get one of 3 outcomes;

The screen goes Black and i need to restart the game

After loading a while there is a pop up saying "an error has occured" without an error code

I get a message saying the service is undergoing maintenence and that I should try later. 

Once in a while if I spend a while spamming the buy point button, the screen where i can order and pay appears and i am able to finish the transaction.

I would asume that you want me to spend as much money as possible in your game, so I expect a hasty response
