Apologies for the war and peace which will no doubt be below but wanted to vent in the hope someone from EA Dev Team / CS / whoever can do ANYTHING sees this....

Was unable to complete the Player Moments Bernardo Silva SBC (had done two, one outstanding) and got nowhere with EA...

First two challenges completed with no issues. Had ALL required players in club with third challenge (87 Rated Squad).

Attempted to complete this on both Mobile Companion App and Web App but could not due to the following:

- initially unable to list players on transfer market above 20k due to an error (had to sell lots of lesser players to raise funds) 

- when completing SBC 'failed to save changes' appeared

As this was HOURS before the deadline I thought I'd contact EA help (web chat) for assistance. They recommended I use console - not possible as was at work - and could not advise why this was happening. 

Was on live chat with someone for 45 minutes, I kept being asked the same questions with the advisor speaking with technical / in game teams?!

As no resolution and fast approaching the deadline j called EA support, waited on hold for a further 45 mins and had a 30 min telephone conversation whereby no resolution was offered. 

I requested, at multiple times, someone either:

- complete challenge for me their end to compete third challenge and obtain PM Bernardo Silva 

- Return exchanged players to my club as I was unable to complete the final SBC in the challenge 

The EA advisor instructed me to post on this forum to get a resolution / response but don't see how that will happen? 

Ideally I either want the set of players I had ready taken from my account and the pack/player reward credited OR the players I'd already submitted for previous two SBC challenges returned ( so I can do Leroy Sane SBC at similar cost) 

I have transcript of web chat and screen shots of the team I needed to exchange. I've now wasted 4 hours of my life trying to get this resolved and no help from EA?!
