Cannot paly online FUT20 and online seasons using my current router

The internet connection in the PlayStation works perfectly and I can log in to  my PSN but I cannot connect when I want to play online in FIFA20 (online seasons, division rivals and online friendlies). I got a message that flashes quickly saying (There was an error processing your request, please try again). I contacted my internet provider and they told me that there is no restrictions on my IP and Sony told me the same. I can play online when I use another internet connection other than mine (e.g. phone hotspot and my friends' internet). The possibility is that EA has blocked the IP that Im using right now.

P.S. this IP never accepts EA online gaming even in another PS4.

Thank you @EA_Aljo. This does not help unfortunately. I tried it and tried port forwarding. The problem seems more complicated. We tried another game (i.e. PES20) and we have the same outcome with the error code (NP-40837-2). But everything turns normal when I use another internet network ! My internet provider told me since everything seems normal in their system (ports are open, no packet loss) and the internet works with other devices, it is not their issue. I am so frustrated right now. I will try another modem. But if you still have tips left, please share them with me.

Hi there, @hakeem-hmt.

 

Let's start with the basics. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
