Can I pay with a VISA Internet Card

Please help im on pc and my visa card isnt supported. I dont even know if  a can buy fifa points with a visa internet card. Please Help.

I am getting this message when im filling the credit card info:

We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. Alternatively try another credit card or payment option or check with your card issuer or bank.

I contacted the bank they told me that its because of ea; i am able to pay for netflix with the same card.

Btw Im on PC
