The Contradiction Around Locked WebApp Market
Hi everybody, this is my first post down here. No offense, but EA community helpers on live chat seem to have almost no knowledge about the game itself. I have been playing FUT since the beginning of FIFA 20 in my spare time and I am pretty active enough. I play every single game mode including FUT champions, Rivals, and rarely Squad Battles. I regularly finish the daily/weekly SBCs and objectives as well. I'm a medical student, I play FIFA in my spare time daily as meant in my daily time schedule.
So, here's the thing. I have more than 230 games completed in FIFA 20 since the release of the standard edition. And I have contacted EA help twice about my issue of not having my transfer market on WebApp unlocked. And I got 2 completely different responses:
1. First community helper noted that according to my account activity, it belongs to an old enough/patriotic player that has been around for long, which is completely untrue regarding this new account that I'm using as an alternative to my old main account that I had issues with of not receiving verification codes and having to change the email and password several times till I lost my account credentials and had enough of it, and he also claimed that I need to lower the match difficulty level (single player) and win more matches to get my WebApp transfer market unlocked. Indeed I do find this frustrating since I mostly play online game modes and find it pointless and boring to play other single player game-modes on low difficulty levels.
2. Second community helper gave me a different answer on how to get it unlocked, he basically claimed that I should play more online games specifically. Mentioning literally nothing about the win/lose ratio.
Completely two different response both based on no proofs or true info. You can't just add such a limitation to the game without even understanding how it works or how to handle it. I understand some people misuse the application, but EA community help were unable to help me in neither my old account verification code issue, nor my new account that's active enough. So many people seem to complain about this issue, and it's getting so unacceptable. Pictures attached down here. Haven't broken any rule, is there an actual solution to this?
