Why FIFA 20 is still laggy???

Why hasnt EA fixed the laggy Gameplay? EA keeps blaming on the ISP despite I have a Good internet connection of 800Mb. I can see my opponent team runs smoothly while most of my players stand there like a stick and not reacting to balls.

the problem is observed only on the Playstation 4, there are no problems on the computer, and I decided that the game on the Playstation 4 is not so good. Please answer with all due respect what is the problem on the platform playstation 4
