Requesting a refund

I bought fifa20 yesterday for my pc and since have been unable to find a game, I joined a single game of pro clubs but was kicked immediately after due to internet problems and since haven't found a game. I understand that it has been just over 24 hours but this is due to be trying all of today to find a solution to fixing my problems. However I do now wish to get a refund. Thanks

Hey, I am uneligable for a refund now as it has been just over 24hours since the purchase of the game. Is there any other way I can get a refund. As the day after I bought the game I spent the whole time trying to fix it/find a game.
