Losing connection to EA server mid game and receiving a DNF

Lost connection to EA server during a division rivals game on ultimate team and received an underserved DNF and lost... 🤷‍♂️ My internet connection is fine and was still connected to the PS server. How is it fair that I will lose points in the future for a DNF I didn’t voluntarily commit?

Same for me, Iwon my draft semi-final match, the loading took much longer than usual, I then received a message saying to me "EA servers cannot process my request. Please try again later." After this message I was sent directly to the main menu of the games, and when I reconnect to FUT I received another message telling me that I was disconnected from the last game. What can you do to resolve this problem?

Hi @kirillma,

If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
