Opponent rage quit in the 80th minute after I was winning 3-1 in division rivals. Immediately after the "You were disconnected from your opponent" message another message popped up saying "you were disconnected from server. We are taking you out of Ultimate Team" or something like that. Immediately I reconnected and entered Ultimate Team again hoping I got the win since the opponent had already disconnected and it was not an error from my side in the first place because I would not be able reconnect immediately otherwise. To my disbelief, my skill rating dropped and the match that I won registered as a loss. This is shameful and absurd. Do the needful and ensure I get the points and the coins. I do not know how you guys keep a record or if you even do that, but check and get back to me. This was NOT a problem from my side and do not even think about posting a lame internet connection troubleshoot tutorial. I will provide whatever info you need to check the results of my matches.
