I want you to explain to me, how after spending £70 on a game (and several packs bought through fifa points as well) and playing on a 200mbps internet connection, I am still getting faced off against people with what I can only assume is dial up internet. Your servers are a disgrace, I have a day off work and actually want to enjoy myself, not have to quit games because the connection is a genuine joke! and then I lose my multiplier because you are so incompetent you can't even get the basics right. 

How difficult would it be to introduce a mutual quit option when the connection is genuinely terrible?!?!

Restore my DNF multiplier for an issue of your own creation please.
