Constantly freezing or getting disconnected online
For a couple of weeks now I'm almost unable to play any mode in Fifa 20.
The game becomes unresponsive usually for a few seconds up to 20 seconds resulting in me getting disconnected. I mostly play Seasons, Pro Clubs and Volta (every now and then). The worst thing is that even menus get frozen. For example, I pause a match to make subs in Seasons, but then I'm not able to get into the menu to select players to be subbed.
This is beyond frustrating!
I'm on fiber-optic internet and usually get around 160Mb both download and upload. Wired connection to PS4 console.
Can someone please cast some light on my connection issues and help me get back to what I used to have before all this started?

I spoke with my ISP today. They did a "continuity test" and the result showed that my connection is very stable, no drops whatsoever, even on a long test.
I never had any issues with my connection until a couple of weeks ago, so I doubt that anything changed on my end.
Anything else to try?

Hi @Pushmipuli,
You'll want to reach out to your ISP on this one, you have a 1000ms ping to your router which is indicative of an overall network problem.
That first hop should never be above 2ms in any circumstance.
