I have now been contact with ea two fifas in a row. Spended in live chat more time that i have actually play the game (well not, but the amount of time to try to make this game enjoyable we can count in hundreds of hours). Im not a pro player, but i can easily hit gold 1 in champs, when game works. 

I know about advantages and that momentum system we are not suppose to talk about, but i know the diffence between that and gameplay bugs. I have played fifas since 2004. During promos its most broken. Like this weekend, every time i switch player, the player decide to move like pulled by magnent 2-4 meters forward, leaving huge caps to my backline and costing me like 80% of the games. Also, every touch i make is bad and every tackle i make is bad one and ball bounces back to opponent. Its ridiculous. Have done every single step, what those * give you in live support. And every discussion have ended by the same way, after no one knowing what causes the problem : ”we will report this to our team”. And then nothing. Two fifas in a row. I have noticed that i can play without those kind of problems at 03-06 am, but seriously, when you have a day job, can u do that? But there is more, in last fifa , i sended ea advisor 2 uo trace reports. After i sended first they said that i have never sended it, so then i did it again and this time it worked and they did make speak with this sarah or who the * she was. After all kind of troubleshooting and nothing worked, i could still only play early in the morning if i was lucky, i even changed my internet provider when she claimed that my 100 mega internet were not Enough (i mean, wtf).

so after that she just stopped answering my questions and when i asked that what we do now, she dodged the answer and after asking it 4-5 times she pressed red and disconnected me. So in this fifa, i sended uo trace, and i talked about it with this woman who supported liverpool, and everything seemed to be fine with it, and she , suprise suprise, conviced me to do those steps again and as she promised it would help. It didnt. So i contacted ea chat again, and can u guess? They said i have never sended uo trace reports to them. And said that they cant help me before they have it. (I forgot to explain that every time i have to do uo trace report i need to borrow a computer since i dont have one). Luckily, i took screenshots about me sending them uo trace reports and after speaking to my lawyer he suggested that if i could find someone here with same problems and with the same history with ea support, them destroying our data so they can dodge responsibility, we might have a good case here. So pls anyone out there, contact me on xbox or via email. We deserve to play the  game we are deeply in love without being cheated by the big company, who obviosly doesnt give a * about us!
