Do you want an explanation from EA regarding in game delay?
As per the title, sick and tired of playing this game in a variety of speeds. Watching my opponent do skill moves and drag backs at speed then watching my Neymar do the same in slow motion. 1 second input delay on passes, half a second on shots, WTF is going on.

EA should tell us exactly why people with good internet are being punished my this compensation lag.

EA need to come out and tell us exactly why this is happening and what they are doing to rectify it. Even the menus are laggy. @EA_andy any chance of a response? We’re not even two months into the game and the levels of delay are unacceptable.

@EA_Rtas Instead of removing swearing from Post , why dont you give as an explanation why the game we paid for is impossible to play at times ? why I cant play in peak hours without the game feeling different ? that you should address not bad language in posts ! waste of wages sure there is in ea better improve the servers instead of paying this community managers , everyone complaining about servers , and not a single response was ever given , or else they say its from you behalf.. sure lol

It's been in the game far to long and even more so this year and it's crazy to think you can play a 64man server on BF with 20ms no delay no rubber banding no delayed reactions yet we struggle to play a game 1v1.

My concern is if we all connect to a point before the actual dedicated server rather than directly to the dedicted server delay will always be an issue.

We shouldn't have to hop through a server to get to the main server in all honesty.

Someone wrote that people with a good connection have a disadvantage because of lag compensation. At home i play with terrible 4G connection - my gameplay is horrible delayed. My girlfriend has 300 mb fibre internet - Gameplay is super smooth only sometimes in the evening gameplay is a bit delayed...

Just tried a game of squad battles, slow and horribly delayed gameplay.. could barely string 2 passes together but the AI were running around at 300mph pinging first touch passes all over the pitch

Can only imagine what it's like online if it's this bad in SBs.. so I won't even be going near rivals for the sake of my mental health, tried online draft last night and the same story.. my players stuck in mud and unresponsive while my opponent has the time of his life

So there are not really any modes in FUT that are playable for me right now, EA's engagement algorithm has decided they want me to suffer

All most of us are really asking for is that they acknowledge that the game has gameplay/server related issues and their looking into it, but to me it just feels like they have just gone way overboard with the DDA

Instead of making some games difficult, it's making them impossible

There's already been several patches to fix responsiveness in the past year and it's done close to nothing for most.

I say most because I never have any issues with gameplay.

This FIFA is the worst!! There is something weird happening with gameplay. I have tried playing rivals and games I have gone 2-0 up team playing well and then suddenly everything changes!! Can't pass the other team intercept, block and even deflections bounce back to them. I can't score the third goal THEN they score after being out played and then they score again!! I have lost 4 games in a row like this so I have given up with it for now!!

You are in the 0.00001% - the delay is ridiculous. A patch won’t fix it, but an upgrade to the current servers might. EA are cheating it’s customer base allowing games to played on servers plugged into potatoes

Starting to think this is implemented into the game somehow and some vip accounts are on a better connection permanently an explanation is never going to happen.

This ! This is why i think this game is just sh*t no matter the connection. Everything feels so slow and sluggish its unplayable. Im done with it. Never stopped a fifa before june but fifa 20 is the most boring, slow game ever released. Im stopping cold turkey

Maybe its not connection guys. I always have 5 bars connection, wired 100mbps internet in the Netherlands. I never ever had connection issues in fifa or any other game. Never had i this slow sluggish heavy gameplay in any fifa and i played them all. I think its coded like this. The game favours defenders.
