FUT champions disconnections
The last two FUT champions I was disconnected from 5-8 matches per FUT champions. My PS4 is connected wired to the router. I have a fast internet connection 120mbps and is stable (tested by speed test). I followed https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/ and the ports in my router are opened. I have executed the traceroute command on my mac and here is the result, always is stucked at 159.153.92.98 with * * *. Any help will be appreciated.

@EA_AljoThanks for the response. I have changed the DNS tested both solutions, nothing changes, also I change the wire (tested a new one). Nothing changes, ping still 160ms aprox. I understad that ping could be an issue but this does not explain why the server response with a timeout.

Hi there, @deltupper.
You've got some really high ping times before you reach our servers. If you haven't power cycled your modem, router and console, it would be good to start there. Also, try using alternate DNS servers with the instructions here: https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003048283-Changing-DNS-on-Popular-Gaming-Systems-PS.... If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
