Wrongly Suspended my FIFA 20 account for 7 days.

I have my account suspended for 7 days for a known reason. The email I received saying account banned due to cheating. I have been playing FIFA(PC) for 9 years now. I have no reason to cheat knowing that the scripts will catch a cheater very easily. Even back during FIFA 12 to FIFA 16 where trainers and cheats were easily available and people were getting away easily, I didn't cheat. Why on earth will I try doing something that might banned my est 2011 FUT club? This is really frustrating.

 

Also there are 2 different responsive time frames mentions on EA help. In the article it says 5 days and on contact email form it says 3 days. Guys at least be consistent while giving out information. Its been 2 days without any response from EA. This means I missed out on improving my rank in division rivals, Completing objective and SBC. Will there be any compensation at all about this? This is what you get for being a loyal customer for more than 9 years? And after all the stress playing on a laggy server and all the mental stress you get this?

 

And to go by the 5 business days response time, I miss out on FUT champions this weekend.Will there be any compensation for this? Most importantly will I get the necessary help that I deserve is the question.

@EA_Darko Hey, Thanks for noticing my post.
I have already contacted the team.

 

My question here was this whole process take 5 days(max) and these 5 days fall in most critical time frame of Fifa(weekend league, TOTGS promo ends, Messi SBC, etc). So will anything make up for this loss?

 

Also, due to such cheat detecting system which suspend/banned the account without actually cheating, makes me think whether I should completely stop playing online or not? I cannot afford to loose money I paid for the game and get banned permanently without doing any cheating. Its 5k (Indian Rupees) and its lots for a college student like me. 

 

Also, reading previous forums scares me. Most of them state that during such cases you only get a automated reply in 4-5 days saying action taken was correct. No human interactions at all. For me its been already 3 days without any response and I am starting to feel my case is going through the same pattern.

 

I have been playing FIFA for 9 years on this same account. I don't know where the question comes of cheating when I have not done it when trainers and cheats were easily available and people got away easily back during FIFA 12- FIFA 16. I don't understand why would someone with est 2011 fut club, cheat and put the account in danger. This is really frustrating. Treating loyal customers like this is really frustrating.

Hey @Invoker77 for any TOS related issues you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
