I am unable to connect to EA servers in my XBOX ONE console. So, Ultimate Team is the only option I can’t get to play. Kick-off, career, even online seasons work just fine. 

I have tried EVERYTHING, really. Every troubleshooting suggestion out there but still had no luck. 

Things I have tried but failed to solve this issue:

rebooting my console (xbox one).

cold starting the console after unplugging it from energy source for minutes.

Restarting my internet router.

Changed my MAC address.

Changed the default port.

Going offline, starting fifa, change my favorite team to Liverpool, going back online.

Playing a whole online seasons game (and won) then trying to connect to servers.

Tried to log in from Fifa 20 companion app and web version.

Nothing seems to work so PLEASE ADVISE!
