Slow, laggy gameplay xbox one

I give up with Fifa on xbox one. The servers are horrific. My ps4 matchmaking is 5 green bars, generally 20 / 30, my xbox one generally 200+ 1 or 2 bars. Same internet connection. I play other online games like Apex, Fortnight and COD Warfare with no lag at all. Pathetic service for a game that I paid seventy pounds for.
