ultimate team connection lost !!!!
I can not play in the ultimate team fifa 20 PS4 , the connection is lost regularly. This symptom is after the update. Last week I checked with my internet service provider and it is normal for how long your team will let this issue occur.

These advisors keep asking dumb questions about your console and what connection you use like the problem had anything to do with your console or your internet service provider. They have no clue. They just want to waste your time. I did all those * troubleshooting crap they told me to do and the game is still * up. Ever since the last update the game is *. Every time you finish a match it kicks you out. You lose coins, points, games, rewards, and they dont give a * about it.

@Axeger_85 I also keep getting disconnected from matches and I know my internet is good because when I play other games or use my phone there is no internet errors it’s just when I play fifa 20

Not showing any issues at the moment on our side. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
If those steps don't resolve the issue please run the UO trace in these steps http://bit.ly/EA_UOTrace under "Test Your Connection" and post the results so we can determine the cause of the connection problem.
