HANDLING'S REACTION(SLOW GAMEPLAY) IS INTERNATIONAL PROBLEM.

Hello everyone. I'm from Russia and I work in IT like some of people wrote here. I played fifa on PC and had this problem from time to time. 2 days ago my wife has brought me a gift for my 30th anniversary - PS 4 PRO and the only game I bought was FIFA 20. I can't describe all the saidness I felt when I got the problem of last years. Now, when all the world plays more because of COVID-19 quarantine, EA servers are overloaded, I think. like most of your customers, I did my best to fix the problem of slow gameplay and made a desicion that the problem is not on my side. New PS 4 PRO, wired ethernet connection, Mikrotik router, up to 600 MBit/s connection, low ping to most of servers in the world wide web. but the ping to easo.ea.com is up to 150 ms! it's very high, I don't have any joy of using my PS. why don't you have any fifa servers in Russia? both english- and russian-speaking support of EA tell the same things: check your internet connection, use wired connection, bla-bla, etc. if I continue play fifa on PC, they will say that my PC is slow, but now, when I have PS 4 PRO, what can you say? please upgrade your servers, and create some of them in Russia(at least in Moscow or in St. Petersburg). people spend so much money for buying routers, CPUs, SSDs, Videocards, disturb their ISP's support. They do their best to play just one game. So many Fifa players in Russia and Ukraine, so many players all over the world tell you the same things about the same problems. stop checking our internet connection. check your one please. I think it's just 5-10% of players who realy has troubles with their internet.

This post is my soul's cry. I'm ready to get instructions, but I hope that everyone who has such problem will write here another post, so the EA devs will hear us. Thank you
