Hello. Yesterday I reported about my second account yesterday . It was hacked. I cant’t sign in fifa 20. 

I spoke with your assistant manager mujtaba a, but something happened with my internet connection and conversation was ended. Yesterday and today I tried to reconnect, but it just show me my open case. We was in the middle of getting back my account (we change password). How can I back to conversation, o maybe you can just give me back my account with changed account.
