Hacked!
So, I begin this journey by one day logging into my PS4 to play a bit of FIFA 20 after a long day at work. I am met with a login verification page that has an email that I don't recognize. So this inevitably meant that I was hacked. The EA show has now commenced. I submit a ticket to resolve the hacked account that was mine but now suddenly belongs to some Russian trying to make a quick buck selling all my prized MLS Ultimate team members or something. After using EA's instant messaging to speak with an EA adviser, I was basically signed up for a two week long email chain with other EA advisers who were working on my issue. The only thing was, that none of them seemed to read the past emails because I received the exact same automated response emails many days in a row asking me to change my PS4 security so they could send me a verification code. After each email from EA, I was seemingly put back into a que that resulted in several days in between each email. I responded to EVERY email, explaining that I had already changed the setting and was awaiting the verification code. After a week of this, they actually found the time to read my responses and use their brain power to send the verification code to my ps4. I then sent the code back as requested by the adviser. The state of the account recovery process then moved into a live call pending status. Which basically meant that they were waiting to get me on the phone to finish recovering the account. When speaking to Ricky, I was back to square one because they still needed verification. They wanted the email that I originally opened the account with some 20 years ago. Not sure why this is the case since I just spent two weeks of my life going back and forth doing this verification code nonsense if I still needed to verify my account using an email I haven't used since before puberty. Great! So, Ricky told me to use a link that takes me to a web-form to fill out you don't remember your email from 2 decades ago. The link that he sent me, as well as any other method that we tried does not take me to the correct web-form. We spent almost two hours on the phone as well as 3 different browsers, 2 different PCs and my smart phone to try to access the correct web-form to no avail. So I am literally at a dead end and some Russian hacker still has access to my AMAAAAZING MLS Ultimate team. I can't even login to see if the hacker sold my Paxton Pomykal. Good thing too, cause an arm bar would potentially be in that hackers future if so..

I can't wait to see how many "usefull" EA responses that I get on here. CAN"T WAIT! LETS KEEP THE SHOW GOING SHALL WE?
