Detail: When I click on FIFA 20 UT, it shows me 'We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 20 Ultimate Team. You will be returned to the FIFA 20 main menu.' My internet connection is fine and other games work well with my psn account. I have bought the game again from HongKong Store and it has the same problems.

Hi @EA_Cade I'm having the same issue, and when I then finally get in, it keeps freezing and disconnecting in various menus. Can you please help me out here?
