Fifa 20 lagg regardless of fixing internet makes the game impossible to compete
I have talked to tech support multiple times on this issue, and they offer the same generic troubleshooting steps that solve absolutely nothing (ports, router settings, xbox settings)
The truth: I'm located in Madison WI and it's too isolated to have good connectivity regardless of how good your ISP is (200mbps, 8ms ping, 0% packet loss, 8ms jitter).
maybe 1 out of every 20 games I have a good connection, but when I don't: My players won't make runs, take about 3 seconds to even accelerate or turn, they'll take multiple touches to control the ball, will take 1-3 seconds to actually pass the ball, miss around 40% of skill moves, and just generally move about 50% slower than my opponent's players (they literally turn and run/jockey at insane speeds). This also seems to affect the AI, as I use airball switch but it switches for non-air balls too, and sometimes 2 seconds after the pass has been played.
So I'm curious- Is my game ever going to get better connection, or is my location making it a lost cause?
Because if nothing improved dramatically, this will be the last FIFA I get (bought 17 and 20).
