HELP FUT CHAMPS
To whom it may concern,
My name is Joseph (PSN: LegendJDuarte).
I recently got diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus and due to my asthma I had to be quarantined from my family. I only had fifa to play and decided to give my best in this past weekend league. I won 13 matches with 9 remaining. I won 4 straight matches to get me to 17 wins with 5 matches reamaining. When I started my first Gold 2 match, I was winning 4-1 and in the 70th minute my game froze and I got disconnected from the match. My internet was not the issue because I was hardwired and the game logged me back in with ease. Despite my frustration, I decided to play another match. But on the 45th minute of winning the game 3-0, I faced the same issue once more. It was not my fault or my internet's for the disconnection and again, faced another loss. This is extremely unfair and unjust to a player that spends the crazy ammounts of money I spend in the game. I contacted customer support twice and they didn't provide me with a satisfying solution to my case. I really want a compensation for the lost games. This is really unacceptable. I have the video proof of the last match I lost due to this connectivity issue.
