Can't play in Ultimate Team
Monday afternoon and yesterday I had problems playing Rivals. I thought it's cheater's who drop league fault. But yesterday evening, I tried to play a friendly for daily objectives, and I had about 10 disconnects before I finally played a match. The problem occurred after the lobby where you select the kits, just before entering the match. I attached a photo with the message.
Ok, I understand you have problems with the servers, but to treat us like this? We come with a problem, and IF someone responds, he tells us to check the internet settings. Like it's our problem, not EA's. But if you don't belive us, you can see Youtube videos with streamers, and they have so many problems with the game. Did someone watch Krasi videos from this Weekend League? And any other very important streamers with over half a million subscribers. It's clearly a problem from your end.
I see you ban some streamers for being too aggressive, I understand this, but did you think, at least for a second, puting that aggressive behaviour aside, that maybe he has a point?
Why make this game EVERY YEAR if it has so many problems? Why not every 2-3 years to make it right? And we can pay a subscription for playing it when you're not releasing it. But when you launch a new game, to be different than the one before, not like now.
Yould you like to spend your money on a product which is flawed? A TV, a computer, a fridge, etc.? I belive not, and you would be right. The same with us, the FIFA players, we want a functioning product.
