It's been over 9 days and I am still waiting for my twitch prime pack. I've contacted EA multiple times with zero answers.  How could we get an answer from a company that from the looks of it only cares about the fifa points than its customers. 

I have a fut founder account and this is the last straw. Each year the service gets worse and worse and I have to submit case after case and in most cases like this no response.
