Hi there, is there any solution to the "no loss glitch" taht many users are using???

There are many cheaters these days doing this. I dont have any connection problem, with many devices connecteds to a 1tb cable symetric connection and when im winning a match, the problem comes again and again on Division Rivals. Last weekend it was awful on FUT Champions and i think that the same it will be this weekend...

Is there any chance to report the users that are doing this cheat??? Im talking on PC platform...

I didnt get any response in the past of the EA team, i wish i can take a reponse now about this situation.
