Does anyone know where I can get help with this issue? 

I was playing my FUT CHAMPs match, and suddenly the game just lags EVERYWHERE and I pause it three times but it doesn't stop... however he seems to be able to play on as per normal?

It cannot have been my connection, I have a wired connection to an impeccable network that is providing the fastest internet I've ever had and I've never had this issue before but this match I was winning 3-2 and I ended up losing 6-3 because It was unplayable.
