My EA account was hacked and lost all my ultimate team main players and fut coin

My EA account was hacked all the main players in my ultimate team are gone along with the 80000 fut coins. I spent around 650k fut coins building that team it took a lot of time and effort and the team is gone now. 

I contacted EA through email and the only response i get is to join the live chat and i am not able to see the live chat option anywhere i tried changing the region to USA and canada and nothing helps. A sincere request to EA please help me restore my ultimate team.

@EA_Aljo I tried it on my pc on incognito mode and still the only option i am able to see is the recommended contact option which is email. Please give me a solution so that i can contact your team to restore my account as i am been tirelessly trying for last one week. Hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

80000 ain't much u could get back to where u were they even * help. I lost a million coins and they didn't do * to help me

Can you try using a Chrome browser in incognito mode? Also, if you have a PC, try using that instead of a mobile device. If you have to use a mobile device, try displaying the browser in desktop mode. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
