No response from EA Support for Open Help Case since March 29th
I opened a help case ID #58095595 on the 29th March for FIFA20 due to suddenly receiving a message of "unable to retrieve account information" due to what I think was possibly my Origin account having being compromised.
As yet I have not received any response to my EA or Origin accounts primary email address. I have however received Answer HQ emails to the same primary email during this time letting me know I've earned some badges for logging whilst creating a help desk request indicating the email address is receiving mail communication?
Can you please respond to the open request of #58095595 please?
