Constantly disconnecting since the game launched!
I preordered Ultimate Edition and have been having disconnection issues since that day.
@EA_Cade please don't give me the troubleshooting steps because I have done them all and there is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I had no issues with FUT19 and everything else on my PS4 works perfectly fine. I have attached the trace files if that helps.
I can barely play 2 consecutive games before it instantly disconnects and gives me a DNF loss even if I am winning; there is no lagging in the game. If I finish a game, it would take 2+ minutes for it to load the result screen. Other times, when browsing through menu items, it would just keep on loading forever...Sometimes I have to try again 5+ times to let me into FUT mode, it would give me this error: "We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 20 Ultimate Team".
This game has been a really frustrating experience, instead of bringing joy. Please look into this ASAP. I would stop playing if EA can just give me my money back because otherwise it feels like a total scam.
