My account got hacked and coin transferred - EA response priceless

Dear EA, there is clearly a flaw in your security, because I see this as a common thread in multiple forums. I got hacked yesterday and someone coins transferred almost 560k worth of Suarez cards from my account according to your live support - however according to your live support this is not suspicious. It is early on in this game and 560k is a ton of coins to lose especially if you are a casual player like myself. They clearly overpaid for the Suarez cards as your live chat showed me and still this does not seem suspicious, the evidence of my coin total going form 560k to 3k was evident and still this was not suspicious. I agreed to your disclaimer and everything, but still you insist what was going on in my account was legit. This is the an indication that you do not take hacking seriously, and treat your players like you have been treating your game as of late. Seriously, I payed for this game and you don't treat hacking seriously enough to even tell me the location of the person that got into my account. It is all on your system and you tell me that it does not look suspicious. Absolute joke, all that time spent on the game for you to treat me like a joke. Of course you will not help me now and trust that your security is flawless, meanwhile the opportunity for you to ban a hacker and you do nothing. I don't blame your advisors - half the time they don't even understand the question you are asking on the live chat. I have never on any gaming platform except yours been treated like an absolute joke, this has happened to me on another gaming platform before and that particular company did everything in their power and above to help me get my stuff back. I urge all other players who this might happen to, don't even bother because they will not help you at all. Unless by some miracle this thread changes their mind. Something so obvious and they can see it on their side, but because it does not seem suspicious in their precious little eyes - oh well you lose 560k - we are sorry. Thanks EA, best company in the world!
