This afternoon I entered an online draft with some fifa points as I wanted to play a different mode and relax playing fifa. 

During the first game in the half time when I was making my subs, I got disconnected from the EA servers and was kicked out to the main menu. 

While I still had access to the internet and was online, I followed the recommended troubleshooting from EA and everything was ok. I then went back into the menus and claimed the rewards from the draft, and then went online to the self-service tool for drafts, in which I was told I do not qualify at all. I found this strange as when this has happened before, I have been granted the tokens fine. 

I then went onto the online chat about this, and was told to follow the exact same instructions that I had already done. When I pointed out that I had done this and I was not granted the token, I was told that there was nothing that could be done online, but to try on here instead.

So here I am. Can someone please help me get this token back as I'm extremely frustrated that I have lost out on a draft especially after using my own money and that I am not getting any compensation for this issue that isn't my fault at all.
