Draft Token Request
I was playing the draft and was disconnected by EA (no other part of my internet went down , i stayed connected to both discord twitter and spottily on my ps4) so i went to use the draft token tool to get back the 15,000 coins i had lost however I did not work so I was then forced to contact support to see if they could help and was told to post here as the support could not help me get a draft token back for the disconnect.

Hi @TomDac,

FUT Draft uses a Peer2Peer connection so you aren't connected to any servers while you are in a match, if you are getting disconnected it's because you lost connection to the other player. You can follow these steps http://bit.ly/Open_Ports as well as playing on an Ethernet cable if you are currently on WiFi to make sure you have the best connection possible.

The Draft Token tool can take a bit of time before it sees the disconnection, I would recommend trying it periodically.
