The "cheat" some pros are using to gain an advantage on WL explained. Ea needs to patch it Asap.
This manipulation can be done with any smartphone or router that gives you control of your wifi bandwidth. Im gonna explain the smartphone way:
-This a bit tricky as you need to find a place with low signal coverage. 1 bar signal is the best. make your phone data connection on 2g/3g only. make a hotspot and share your phone connection to your console/pc. First thing you will notice is the long loading times, the missing cards pictures, the ping bars going from 5 to 4 to 1 to 2 to 4... place your phone nearby so the hotspot signal is 100%.
You will have a visually jittery gameplay but believe it or not it will be smooth as ****. You will notice how desperate is yoir opponent who can't tackle you at all! If somehow you're still losing cause we all know how many of us adapted to play with extreme delay, move your phone further away. not so far until there is no coverage for your console but far enough for it to get 1 bar wifi. the match will be terminated and you get no loss.
This can be done with router by limiting the bandwidth to 1-5%. Ea netcode favors bad connections.
This can be done by starting torrents in your pc, by streaming 4k videos, by anything that eats up 95-99% of your internet bandwidth...

Is it really a thing to drop you net to its worse state as if so I'm quiting upgrading my routers and wires .
I spent money in things to improve my net and monitor and use wired pad.
But now it's all useless if it's true 😢
its sad but true, I was finishing my week 6 gold objectives with a very bad dsl connection on wifi with 56% strengh. I played pique cam, semedo rw, memdy lw (to get the pass with defender in rivals obj done) and still won 4-0. If I was using my wired vdsl 100mb/s connection I would get a solid 1 sec delay...

nope, use an utter **** connection with massive packet loss and ping jitter and the bare minimum of bandwidth.

stable 4g will give mimum advantage. utter shiy connection is what works best.

Back in January when EA did their "we're fixing connection" patch, the game has become horrendous for me ever since.
When i games that show your ping and connection mine is better than about 70+% of players, only worse than maybe 10% if not less.
When i play FIFA since january my connection appears worse than 70+%, and only better than 10% or less.
I don't know what they did in that january patch, but it completey ruined my fifa experience ever since.

I hardly get any network in my flat. Its one or two bars. This is perfect, to think I paid £70 quid for a **** TP link thinking the better the connection the better the gameplay nah only in ea's world its the other way around.
Anyone have their old school dial up routers get them out.
