After playing FIFA20 for 5 month with terrible delay and lag in FUT mode I need to claim on your product.

As I live in Norway and have fiber high speed internet I clearly don’t have any problems on my side. The current state of the game is unplayable even if statements in pitch note claiming these connectivity issues are being under going fixes.

The connectivity and responsiveness has not become  better rather worse. I have now spent over 1500USD on FIFA Points in order to afford the best players in the game in hopes of getting to play with responsive players. Even TOTY  Mbappe is NOT responsive in the game and its clearly EAs ”data centers” / Servers issues.

I therefore want to get my spending on the game FIFA20 ultimate edition and all FIFA Points spent for FIFA20 refunded or transfered to an upcoming FIFA tittle where these issues are not present. I based this on the broken game I bought for FUT mode(Ultimate edition ) and false statements about fixes to the connectivity and server upgrades measurements taken ( ref. Pitch Notes 18 December ).
