Hi,

I am deseperately looking for help, I am about to stop Pro club since the game isn't as responsive as it should be.

We are playing pro-club for years and we really enjoyed that game until last year where all the troubles began.

The game seems to be slugish and not responsive as it should be which lead to frustration as our opponents seem to not experience this issue in terms of delay.

All of our team member are experiencing the same knowing that we are using 3 different internet providers, we all have internet connection +50mbps.

I can play many others games without any issue but Fifa (especially pro club) is the only one causing issues.

Here is troubleshooting I have tried:

-I have tried all sort of connection:Power line,Lan,Wifi => No change whatever the type of connection I am using.

-I changed my internet provider, moving from 50mbp DL to 80 mbps =>No change

-I have tried everything proposed in https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/ => No change or nothing that confirm I have a network issue (see my results attached below)

- I have used tools to track packet loss, delay and latency of my network etc.. => No issue on my home network or broadband.

Unless I am getting help from someone (I doubt given the number of complaint about lantecy, lag, delay) I can conclude that the only reason of these lags are the EA server that are too far from where I am located (Republic of Ireland).
What makes me conclude this is that I have exhausted all the troubleshooting possible from my side and also the fact that I have the same issues in Pro Club and in FUT (when I was still playing, I stopped for this reason) however I don't have this issue while I am playing regular season online (Because there is no server used and it is direct connection between the 2 players?).

Finally if I am reading the results of UO Trace program correctly this means I have more or less 80/90ms ping from EA Servers which is very poor for online gaming.

So if someone in EA can help and resolve my issue that would be fantastic orelse I will conclude that Servers are not as good as what they should be and the next Fifa will be without me.

I would appreciate any kind of help or support that would make me enjoy this game again.
