There are several issues at moment, and you can see this by the threads on the forum , . Many issues for people with dc at end of game, getting a lose instead of wins with dnf screen, game crashes with pack opening, . And these are a few that have had many posts from players , all different isp, all different locations in the world . There has been a response about the pack  opening crash and it is being looked at , which is good.

But can you just not update people now and again, with the progress of these reports . Even if it is no progress made at moment . I think people would appreciate  that, and it would maybe stop a lot of repeating threads  and you repeating your self with standard responses .
